Compromise<\/h2>\n

compromise doesn’t sit too well
\nwith the life i desire
\nthe lies i despise i try to
\nignore but they hit me
\nagain and my pain doesn’t
\nhelp me to live straight
\nwithout hate it’s not too
\nlate to get up and turn
\naround to throw off the
\ndeceit, defeat won’t find
\nme today i’m going all
\nthe way never looking back
\nthe goal is clear i stole
\nit from your fear.<\/p>\n

Flight<\/h2>\n

a fleeting pulse, a luminescent thought,
\na heartbeat of light forgotten.
\nmy dreams infused through reality,
\ngiven breath by desire.
\nheartache, missing the void of absence,
\nit’s been gone too long.<\/p>\n
