Cranachan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For my second food, I made cranachan, using <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/recipes\/cranachan_66101\">this recipe<\/a>. It wasn&#8217;t the greatest success. I reduced the amount of whisky as I only have\u00a0Aberlour A&#8217;bunadh at the moment, which is cask strength, but I think that was a mistake as I couldn&#8217;t taste the whisky enough. I probably only had two thirds of the amount of raspberries required, so it tasted mostly of cream. And when I tried to fold everything in, I ended up pretty much just mixing it.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, it tastes nice, but it wasn&#8217;t quite right.
