I've just got hold of my own copy. It's mostly just a video of them playing lots of songs, though there are a couple of very short bits of them actually talking to the camera. I think it's quite a good video.

It's a mixture of colour and black and white, and although the camera does tend to focus on Paul a bit too much, it does get the atmosphere of a gig across quite well. It's in stereo, but if like me you don't have the technology to listen to it in stereo you could try playing the Live at the Orange tape at the same time, as it is the same recording (just with pictures and less songs). And they're in a differend order so you'd have problems trying to get them to cue up properly.
