Just before midday Matt asked me to drive him to the station, so I did. I then went to Boots, booked an eye test, and then went into town to see if there was any music I wanted to get. I didn’t buy any music, but I did discover that Nexus were doing a concert by the Lady Godiva statue, so I watched them for an hour or so before going to my eye test, at which I discovered that my eyes haven’t got any worse over the last year and a half, which is nice. My glasses have got worse though – I dropped and smashed them last year, so I’ve ordered a new pair for £400. Ouch.
