I just booked my tickets to Canada yesterday. That means I’ll have been to thirteen countries this year. Which, in order, are: Scotland, England, Ireland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Kenya, Uganda, Wales, USA, Canada. Although the USA is only to change planes, so I shouldn’t really count it.

Ok, that beats my 6 – England, Scotland, Wales, Thailand, Laos and USA (twice). Perhaps I will get the ferry to France next week as well to make it 7, and then a cheap flight to spain, and a quick visit to Mongolia…
